Welcome Sigma Chi Leaders! I want to introduce myself for those who have not contacted me. I am Josh Terhune the National Programs Director for Chapter Communications. Here at Chapter Communications we are excited to have this opportunity to provide services for an established organization like yours. We are here to provide the highest of quality and expertise for your Alumni Chapters.
Michael McFadden, the Director of Alumni Services for the Sigma Chi Fraternity, and our staff have been working closely together to roll out a successful communication tool for your organization. We believe this is going to become an essential tool for your entire organization. Chapter Communications’ custom technology will provide the Sigma Chi Fraternity Alumni Gateway Platform with tools such as bulletins, discussion boards, career networking, scholarship sharing, photo galleries, calendar events and more. Information can be easily shared within privately formed groups by individual alumni, among all alumni members within the local chapter, among all alumni worldwide, and/or with all participating members of Sigma Chi Fraternity.

| Process |
| Curious to what the process is for getting a website started? Please view our 4 steps to a website below.
- Contact – To get the ball rolling, contact Josh Terhune at 816.261.4684 or Josh@chaptercommunications.com. He will be able to answer any questions you have about the websites, give you a live online demonstration and send you the website order form.
- Order – Once you have the items needed letter, fill it out to the best of your ability, then send to sigmachi@chaptercommunications.com.
- Build – This is the time when your site is being built. Once we have your order form, it will take us 10 working days (2 weeks) to complete the site.
- Launch – When your site is finished, we will make it live online and send you a Site Live letter. It is at this time, where we schedule a walkthrough with the administrators of the site. From this point on, feel free to contact us as frequently as you like with any questions you have about the site, instructions on how to use the site or changes you would like to see happen.
